Every great pilot needs a reliable Wingman.

Here is our story.

We launched Wingman Accounting in 2017 to give South African business owners the dependable, human-first backing they actually deserve.

In aviation history, a wingman is the trusted companion flying beside the leader to cover their blind spots, maintain situational awareness, and clear operational friction, qualities that define our core purpose to help entrepreneurs prosper.

Bringing that exact mindset to financial management, our accounting firm in Johannesburg & Cape Town combines serious technical muscle – from cloud accounting services for SMEs via Xero Platinum bookkeeping and payroll to tax – with a sense of warmth, friendliness, and individual pride to provide the highest quality accounting services in South Africa.

Our Values

We bring it. Every day.

Come rain or shine, we deliver our services on time and strive to obliterate the expectations of our coworkers and clients.

We’ve got your back.

Ain’t no lone rangers here. We believe teamwork is where it’s at. Consider your back had!

We do the right thing.

We surround ourselves with straight-shooters who also give a damn about making the world better.

Our Mission

Since 2017, Wingman Accounting has been on a mission to prove that world-class financial support isn't a luxury reserved for the big leagues, it’s a fundamental right for every growing business.

We believe businesses shouldn’t have to navigate tax, payroll, and bookkeeping in isolation, which is why we’ve built an accounting practice that swaps cold, clinical corporate speak for genuine human connection, radical clarity, and a team that genuinely has your back at every altitude.
